![]() ![]() Transitioning youth who lives in Allegheny County ages 18-25. ![]() ![]() Housing Support Team provides the supports and skill development needed to help individuals choose, secure and maintain housing. Individuals are not required to participate in psychiatric services to keep their housing. Individuals are connected to financial, advocacy and legal resources. The TAY program also provides support and education to individuals, providers and landlords regarding housing. The program helps identified youth to secure housing and maintain tenancy. The purpose of the program is to make 24 units available annually for Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) priority transition-age youth, with psychiatric disabilities. TSI administers the Permanent Supportive Housing for Transition Age Youth (TAY) program through Allegheny County's Housing as Home strategic plan. ![]()
